Terms of Service

By downloading or using BrainJam ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. The service
BrainJam provides daily word and logic puzzles. We may add, change, or remove games, features, and puzzles at any time.
2. Your account
You may play anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your account or use someone else's. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, or manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboards.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except as permitted by law.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
We may suspend or remove accounts, scores, or leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
4. Purchases and ads
The app is free and supported by ads. Optional paid features may be offered in the future, governed by the Google Play payment terms at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its games, puzzles, branding, and content are owned by SP Technologies or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzles will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SP Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
