Delete your account & data
This page explains how to permanently delete your BrainJam account and the data associated with it.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open BrainJam.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- In the account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to verify your Google sign-in first.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you've uninstalled BrainJam, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it within 30 days:

- Your account (sign-in identity)
- Daily streak and per-game streaks
- Game stats and results history
- Level progress
- Your leaderboard entries
We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where required by law. Anonymized, non-identifying records (e.g. aggregate puzzle statistics) may remain.
